TOPS services turbomachinery used in LNG facilities and gas compression stations. We expanded our capabilities in 2022 by completing our first major project at an LNG power plant, and continue to support the unique needs of LNG equipment operators.

Our LNG equipment services include:

• Aeroderivative Gas Turbines: Mechanical-drive aeroderivative turbines (e.g., GE LM2500) — on-wing hot section inspections, borescopes, modular swaps (power turbines, gearboxes), combustor and fuel nozzle maintenance, and coordinated core overhauls.
• LNG Compressors: Maintenance and overhauls for centrifugal compressors (e.g., Nuovo Pignone/Baker Hughes) — seal changes, bearing work, driver/compressor alignment, performance testing, and surge system validation.
• Routine Maintenance & Monitoring: Vibration monitoring, lube oil system flushing, filter replacements, and instrumentation calibration; safety system checks and borescopes to avoid unplanned shutdowns.
• Emergency Response: Rapid mobilization of specialized crews and tooling to triage issues and minimize downtime.
